1. Introduction

Mario Agency, operating under the trade name Facebook Mario, serves as a platform facilitating connections between buyers and sellers of digital marketing services, including advertising accounts (e.g., Facebook Ad Accounts, Google Ads accounts) and SEO services, under the umbrella of Wefun Agency and Markdao, registered in Vietnam as Offshore Company Holding. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be sought from third-party suppliers, as Mario Agency does not directly provide services, process payments, or assume liability for transactions. Our role is to connect buyers and sellers, and all refund responsibilities lie with the respective supplier and buyer.

2. Nature of Services

Mario Agency facilitates the sale of outsourced services provided by third-party suppliers, including:
a. Facebook Profiles, Fan Pages, Ad Accounts, Business Managers, and Bundles.
b. Google Ads accounts with billing history and business verification.
c. SEO services, LinkedIn, TikTok, MSN, Bing, Reddit, YouTube, and Telegram services.
All accounts are verified as functional and legitimate for marketing purposes at the time of delivery. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring service quality, and buyers are responsible for using services in compliance with platform policies (e.g., Facebook, Google).

3. No Refund Guarantee by Mario Agency

As a platform, Mario Agency does not process payments or issue refunds. All payments are handled via NowPayments, our cryptocurrency payment processor (BTC, USDT, Ethereum), and invoicing/reporting obligations rest solely with suppliers and buyers. Refunds, if any, are subject to the policies of the supplier providing the service. Mario Agency does not guarantee refunds or replacements and is not liable for any financial losses or disputes arising from transactions.

4. Supplier Refund and Replacement Conditions

Based on standard practices communicated through our platform, suppliers may offer refunds or replacements under limited circumstances, as outlined in our FAQ:
a. Eligibility: Refunds or replacements may be considered if an account is non-functional upon delivery (e.g., fails to activate within 24 hours due to supplier error). Buyers must contact the supplier within 24 hours of delivery via Telegram (@facebookmario, @facebook_mario_support, @Google_ads) or email (support@marioagency.com), providing order details, evidence of the issue, and screenshots.
b. Non-Eligible Circumstances: No refunds or replacements will be provided if:
– The buyer uploads campaigns, creates fan pages, publishes prohibited content, or engages in activities violating platform policies (e.g., Facebook’s Advertising Standards).
– The request is made more than 24 hours after delivery.
– The account was used successfully for any duration before becoming non-functional.
– The issue results from buyer misuse, platform actions (e.g., bans, disapprovals), or external factors.
c. Process: Buyers must negotiate refunds or replacements directly with the supplier. Mario Agency may facilitate communication but does not mediate or enforce refund decisions. Suppliers typically process approved refunds via NowPayments within 5-7 business days, subject to their policies.

5. Card Panel and Payment Fees

For services involving our card panel (e.g., Bundles), a 10% loading fee applies, which is non-refunded under all circumstances, as it is a third-party processing fee. Buyers acknowledge that payment disputes must be resolved with the supplier and NowPayments, not Mario Agency.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a buyer is dissatisfied with a supplier’s refund or replacement decision, they may contact the supplier directly via Telegram or email. Mario Agency is not responsible for resolving disputes but may provide contact details for the relevant supplier. Disputes unresolved with the supplier may be subject to arbitration in Vietnam, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Buyers agree to pursue disputes individually and waive any right to class action proceedings.

7. Client Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:
a. Verifying service details and supplier policies before purchase.
b. Ensuring compliance with platform policies to avoid account issues.
c. Reporting transactions to relevant authorities, as Mario Agency does not handle or report payments.
Any financial losses or liabilities arising from service use are the sole responsibility of the buyer and supplier.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in supplier practices, legal requirements, or platform operations. Updates will be posted on marioagency.com, and significant changes will be communicated via Telegram or email. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
